  • 1 pound frozen chicken breast
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

Cooking With Instant Pot
  1. Turn on the Instant Pot and select the "saute" function.
  2. Add the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic to the pot and saute for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables begin to soften.
  3. Add the chicken broth, frozen chicken breast, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to the pot.
  4. Close the Instant Pot lid and make sure the valve is set to "sealing."
  5. Select the "manual" function and set the timer for 15 minutes.
  6. After the timer goes off, allow the Instant Pot to naturally release pressure for 10 minutes before manually releasing the remaining pressure.
